1Where we deliver

We run two different kinds of delivery, because two different kinds of food are involved.

• Country eggs — Hyderabad only. We deliver these ourselves. Eggs do not travel well by courier, and we would rather not sell you something that arrives cracked, so we simply do not ship them outside the city.
• Everything else — anywhere in India. Cold-pressed oils, leaf powders, spices, honey and millets go by courier to any serviceable pincode.

Enter your pincode on the site and it will tell you straight away whether we can reach you and which of the two applies. If your pincode is not covered yet, message us — we add areas as demand appears.

2How long it takes

These are honest estimates, not guarantees. Small-batch food is pressed, dried and packed close to when you order it, and once a courier has the parcel the timing is theirs. Festivals, weather and strikes do happen. If your order is running late, message us and we will find out where it is.

3What delivery costs

There are no fees beyond the item price and, where it applies, the flat ₹49 courier charge. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. GST is already included in the prices you see.

The charge that applies to your order is always shown in the order summary before you pay. If you ever see a fee on this site that is not explained on this page, that is a bug — please tell us.

4Delivery slots and pincodes

For local orders you choose a delivery slot at checkout. The slots available to you depend on the time you order and how far you are from us — same-day slots close at the cut-off time shown on the checkout page.

Serviceable pincodes and slot timings are managed by us and can change. The site always shows the current position at checkout; this page describes how it works, not a fixed list that could go stale.

5Your address

Please check your address and phone number before you pay. Our delivery person and the courier both rely on them, and a wrong number is the single most common reason an order does not arrive.

If you spot a mistake, message us before your order is dispatched and we will correct it. Once a parcel is with the courier we cannot change where it is going.

If a delivery fails because nobody was reachable at the address, we will try to contact you and re-attempt. If the parcel comes back to us undelivered after that, we will refund the item value; the courier charge, if one was paid, is not refundable in that case because the service was actually performed.

6How it is packed

Oils travel in sealed bottles with tamper-evident caps, wrapped and boxed. Powders and spices are in sealed pouches. Eggs are carried in trays by hand, not thrown into a bag.

Every pack carries a batch number and a made-on or packed-on date. You can look any batch up yourself at Check a batch — that is the whole point of printing it.

7If something goes wrong on the way

Damaged, leaking, or the wrong item? Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it free. No forms, no argument.
