Check what’s in your hand

Everything we make is produced in small batches, and each one gets a code. Type it in and you’ll see exactly what it is and when it was packed — the same record we keep.

Case doesn’t matter. Nothing you type here is stored.

Where to find the code

On the pack

Printed on the label, under the made-on date. Oils and powders carry it on the back.

On your order

Every order page lists the batch code and best-before for each item you bought.

Can’t find it?

Send us a photo of the pack on WhatsApp and we’ll trace it for you.

Why we do this

A batch code is only useful if it points at something real. Ours is written when the batch is made — the day the leaves were dried, the day the oil was pressed, the day the eggs came in — and it stays attached to every pack that came out of it. If a batch is ever wrong, we know precisely who received it.

It also means we can’t quietly restate a date. What you see here is the record we keep, not a marketing line.

What a code gets you

  • The real pack date, not a printed guess
  • The best-before we calculated from it
  • The same record your order page shows
  • A way for us to trace a bad pack back to its batch

Code not on the pack?

Send us a photo and we’ll look it up for you — and fix the label.
